Cranberry Turkey is a Tuna Sourcing division and a dedicated global supplier — not a single-origin grower. Sourcing and quality control run through Tuna Project Global Trade Inc. (İzmir head office), with a US distribution warehouse operated by Tuna Project LLC in Florida serving the Americas. We supply foodservice professionals, restaurants, distributors, and food manufacturers worldwide.
We supply six dried-berry lines — dried cranberries (our flagship), blueberries, sour cherries, strawberries, white mulberries, and goldenberries. Each is carefully dried to lock in colour and flavour, then prepared sweetened, infused, or natural to your formulation, with a Certificate of Analysis per lot.
Origin is honest and clear per product: sour cherries (vişne) and white mulberries are genuinely Anatolian and Türkiye-grown, while cranberries, blueberries, and goldenberries are sourced from their best origins worldwide. We hold stock and deliver shelf-stable from our İzmir head office and US warehouse — every product page lists grades, uses, specs, and packing, and every enquiry ends in a quote.
